S78-8-02機床減振墊鐵適用范圍:
金屬切削機床、鍛壓機床、橡膠機械、紡織、輕工機械、食品加工機械、發(fā)電機組、泵體。

Feature of product:
1. Machines are stationary on floor without anchors. Therefore the cost and time of installation can be greatly saved.

S78-8系列使用方法：
1.將所需墊鐵放入機床地腳孔下，穿入螺栓，旋至和承重盤接觸實。
2.進行機床水平調(diào)節(jié)（螺栓順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，機床升起）。
3.機床水平后，鎖緊螺母，固定水平狀態(tài)。
注意：因為橡膠的蠕變現(xiàn)象，在墊鐵*次使用時，兩星期以后再調(diào)節(jié)一次機床水平。
How to install:
1.Place the mounts under the anchor hole of the machine. Insert the bolt into the screw hole of mount. And screw it in until it reaches the bearing plate.
2.Adjust the level of machine （screw the bolt clockwise then lift the machine ）
3.Tighten the nuts after adjust the level of machine.
Note :
The level of machine should be readjusted after two weeks in use because the rubber may creep when it is used firstly.
