S78-11A系列減振墊鐵適用范圍：

S78-11A系列減振墊鐵產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

S78－11A系列使用方法：
How to use:
1、將機(jī)床吊起,距離地面110mm～150mm,將墊鐵放在機(jī)床下，依對角線方式由0.1 Mp、0.2 Mp…之內(nèi)壓漸進(jìn)方式充入氣體，直至使用內(nèi)壓 0.4Mp～0.6Mp，利用輪胎內(nèi)壓表檢查墊鐵內(nèi)壓。
2、墊鐵使用高度為：墊鐵頂面至底板上面距離87±3mm。測試數(shù)據(jù)表明，墊鐵在該使用高度時(shí)，墊鐵的內(nèi)壓、使用承載值、減振效果均達(dá)到狀態(tài)。
3、如果墊鐵較長時(shí)間不使用，可放掉墊鐵內(nèi)氣體，使用時(shí)再重新充氣。
1. Lift the machine to 110-150mm high above from the ground, place the mount under the machine, and gradually pressurize it with air by 0.1Mp, 0.2Mp…, the two mounts on one diagonal should be pressurized equally, until the inner air pressure reach 0.4Mp-0.6Mp. Then check the inner pessure of the mount with a tire pressure meter.
2. The best height between the top surface and bottom of the mount is 87±3mm. Test figures shows that the inner pressure, the resisting load and the mounting effect can achieve the best situation at this height.
3.When the mount is not used for a long time, it can be deflated, and repressurized before use.

S78－11A系列安裝注意事項(xiàng)：
Note for installation:
1、墊鐵安裝前要先找出負(fù)荷的中心，墊鐵必須做對稱配置，按照承載值選擇適當(dāng)?shù)男吞枴?br style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;"/>2、同一型號的墊鐵盡量保持同一高度。
3、在搬運(yùn)過程中要輕拿輕放，以免碰壞氣門嘴，產(chǎn)生漏氣。
4、如需移動(dòng)機(jī)床位置，必須先放掉墊鐵內(nèi)的氣體，以免墊鐵中橡膠部分因內(nèi)壓大而崩裂。
1. Before installation, first find out the barycentre of the load. The mounts must be symmetrically installed. Choose the suitable type according to the weight of the load.
2. Mounts of the same type should be adjusted to the same height.
3. Be careful when portage, lest the damage of the valve cause air leakage.
4．If the machine needs to be moved, deflate the mounts first, lest the rubber part blows out because of the strong inner pressure.
